At Cheekie, every order is freshly baked with love and carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about getting your treats to your door.
UK Delivery We offer Express Delivery across the UK for £5. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 1–3 business days from dispatch. We aim to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible so they're at their freshest!
Order Cut-Off Times To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday–Wednesday. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next available business day.
Freshness & Handling Our cookies and baked goods are perishable and made without artificial preservatives — that's what makes them so delicious! To keep them at their best:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Consume within 5–7 days of receiving your order (or freeze for up to 1 month).
- In warmer months, we recommend being home for delivery or arranging a safe place to avoid your order sitting in the heat.
Packaging All orders are packed in our signature boxes designed to protect your treats during transit. We use food-safe, insulated packaging to help maintain freshness on the journey to you.
International Shipping We currently ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned! If you'd like to be notified when we ship to your country, feel free to get in touch.
